Customers can track their orders in the 'Order Lookup' menu in the main menu section.
Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done?
Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, it will be printed and shipped extremely quickly. You will have to contact us when you receive your order and organise a refund and return with us.
If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done?
Please contact us via email immediately if you only receive part of your order and we will chase down your products.
